UV 1130 is a hydroxyphenyl benzotriazole type UV light absorber with a light yellow to light amber viscous liquid appearance. Tinuvin-1130 is easily soluble in polar and non-polar solvents, insoluble in water, and can effectively protect the coating luster from cracking and spots. The product is easy to emulsify and is particularly suitable for water-based systems. Its dispersion in water-based systems can be obtained by dissolving in water-soluble solvents such as diethylene glycol diethyl ether.

1.Tinuvin-1130 has good high-temperature resistance and extraction resistance characteristics, especially suitable for industrial and automotive coatings with high weather resistance requirements, and can also provide sufficient protection for sensitive substrates such as wood. Commercially sold coatings are shared with hindered amines (HALS), such as light stabilizers 292 or 123. These shared synergistic agents can significantly improve coating performance and prevent loss of gloss, cracking, foaming, detachment, and discoloration.
2.Light stabilizers can be added to car gloss varnish or primer. However, based on our experience, adding light stabilizers to the topcoat provides the best protection.
