C36 Dimer acid CAS 61788-89-4
C36 Dimer acid refers to a dimer formed by the self polymerization of linear unsaturated fatty acids or unsaturated fatty acid esters, mainly composed of linoleic acid in natural oils, under the catalysis of clay, through cyclic addition reactions and other self polymerization reactions. It is a mixture of multiple isomers, with the main components being dimers, small amounts of trimers or multimers, and trace amounts of unreacted monomers.

C36 Dimer acid has similar reactivity to general fatty acids and can form metal salts with alkali metals. It can be derivatized into acyl chlorides, amides, esters, diamines, diisocyanates, and other products. It has a long-chain alkane and cyclic structure, good solubility with various solvents, good thermal stability, does not solidify in winter, and still has anti-corrosion effect when the vapor pressure is low, with good lubricity
Usually packed in 25kg/drum,and also can be do customized package.
